It is Scottish tradition to make shortbread for special occasions such as weddings and Christmas. I say why not make everyday a special occasion!? Let me share with you our family recipe dating back to the 1800's from my Great Grandmother Murray to my mother, and my mother to me.
Using only the finest, all natural ingredients to carry on our family tradition, this crusty edged, soft centered buttery cookie will crumble in your mouth, leaving you smiling and begging for more.
